Since 1990, Tapas Papa Frita has shared authentic Spanish hospitality and cuisine. Born in Spain, Chef Joseph spent his childhood in a seminary in Montilla, Córdoba, working alongside Salesian monks planting, harvesting, baking bread, making olive oil and vinegar, and preparing meals for the monastery. Trained in French, Basque, Spanish, and Mediterranean cuisine, he has owned and operated 43 restaurants. Today, our family-owned restaurant brings his lifelong passion to every guest.
